Sasha Baron Cohen, aka, Ali-G, amongst other television personalities is catching the eye of officials from Kazakhstan. Coinciding with the third official visit from Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev today, Cohen's anti-Semitic, masoginistic character reporter Borat Sagdiyev went to Washington holding a press conference outside of the White House to dispel rumors that the Kazakh government's disdain for his portrayal of a Kazakh reporter is nothing more than "disgusting fabrications orchestrated by neighboring Uzbekistan" and to invite "Premier George Walter Bush" and "O.J. Simpson, Mel Gibsons and other American dignitaries" to a screening of his new movie, Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. The invitation read: "Seats is provide. There will be secure enclosure for storage of vehicles and wives."
Unfortunately, most Kazakh multi-plexes will be passing on the new Borat movie, quite the response from a country with a strong record of human rights violations, which President, err, Premier Bush failed to mention to Prez Nazarbayev during their 45-minute meeting, but Prez Cod-Piece did look forward to buying the Kazakh leader, of the untapped but potentially one of the top 10 oil producing countries in the world within the next decade, lunch. But of course he did, a leader of an oil rich country that recently dismantled their leftover Soviet-Era-Nuclear-Arms is more than welcome to sit at our table, just don't piss us off because the Bushido would hate to see Borat reporting from the front-lines of an American invasion in efforts to help spread Democracy!
For you Borat fans, I sent a video from YouTube but it hasn't posted yet, and I tried using the Google Video, but yet another glitch arose from the techies at Blogger. Don't worry, here is a link to the video of Borat's trip to the deep south to learn manners from Ms. Helen Pye of Charleston, S.C. He asks her on such etiquette as "how much to tip a prostitute", farts and table talk. He puts his newly learned manners into practice at the St. Andrew's Society, with among those attending are Charlotte McDowell's parents, Sims and Elsa McDowell.
