San Diego Coach Marty Schottenheimer may be losing his job within the next few days because the rumpkis around the Chargers organization is that if he didn't bring home a SuperBowl this year, he'd get axed. That has to be the strongest standards set by anyone in the league even by Dallas standards. Yet, Marty remains upbeat and positive despite losing. What an impressive man and coach.
