With a talented team and a billion-dollar stadium under construction, Jerry Jones as a lot of pressure to make his 6th choice for Dallas' new head coach the right one. Big names such as USC's Pete Carroll and ex-Steeler's coach Bill Cowher have been thrown around as coaches who could make a big splash in the big 'D'. Also on the short list are Ron Rivier (Chicago's d-coordinator) and LSU's head coach Les Miles.
