Call it what you will, the Mullett, Kentucky Waterfalls-business up front, party in the rear, but WTF is with this guy's hair-do, err, hair-don't? I know, we all had achey, breaky hearts back in the 80's and early 90's (courtesy of Billy Ray Cyrus) but my time-check knob over at El Cid informs me that it is 2006!
Granted I was in JAX, listening to a heavy metal band at the Mercury Moon, but Get with the program buddy. WTF?
